Languages serve as gateways to different cultures, allowing us to connect with people from around the globe. Each language opens the door to new traditions and cultures.

In 2019-20, Delhi Public School, Gurgaon, and Escola Francesc Macià, a primary school in Vilassar de Dalt, Barcelona, Spain, launched an online exchange program for students in classes IV and V. The goal was to help students gain a fresh perspective on the world and learn about each other's cultures through engaging activities.

We received videos from the Spanish students in Barcelona, where they introduced themselves, shared their daily routines, likes and dislikes. To end the program on a musical note, grade 5 students from Barcelona presented a Christmas concert. It was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
